Gary Allan’s accused stalker says SHE’s the victim

It’s true, it’s true: Katherine Walker, 47, singer Gary Allan’s accused stalker, told reporter’s today that Gary has been stalking HER, for three years.

“He was making me think and his whole band and all his friends were making me think that he liked me and wanted me,” she told me outside a Sumner County courtroom today. “I mean, they’ve written songs about me, I mean that’s how far-fetched this whole plot of theirs is.”

Gary, his attorney and his management company supplied surveillance video and dozens of MySpace postings to show that, in fact, Katherine is the stalker.

So far, a judge agrees: Katherine has been bound over to the grand jury on charges of vandalism, burglary and theft. Gary’s attorney, Bill Ramsey, also filed a civil suit today, basically asking Katherine to leave Gary alone.

She’s obviously a very sad, screwed up, lonely woman who needs A LOT of psychological help.
Gary Allan is one of the coolest, most down to earth guys I’ve ever met. He’s been through a lot of crap in his life and certainly doesn’t need this craziness in his life.
