Three country beauties make cover of ‘Shape’ magazine

Martina McBride, Julianne Hough, and LeAnn Rimes pose in bikinis for the cover of Shape magazine.
Martina says when she was going to the shoot, she didn’t really know she was going to be in a bikini.
She was thinking shorts and a tank top but that wasn’t the case…
“So I got there and I’m thinking, OK, you know I’ve been working out a little bit I’ll wear a tank top maybe a pair of shorts, show a little legs, show a little arms. They whip out the bikini and I say, ‘Oh that’s cute. Who’s that for?’ And their like, ‘Oh that’s yours…I’m like, ‘hmm..I’ll be right back.’”
So…she says she walked to the bathroom to call her husband.
“I said, ‘John I think I’m going to be in a bikini on this thing,’ and he’s like, ‘That’s awesome!’”
Martina’s husband wasn’t the only one supporting the shoot. Her kids thought it was awesome too.
The magazine hits the shelf this week.

WOW - That is going to be an incredible cover! Martina, Julianne, and LeAnn are all very beautiful women. They are great representatives for country music! If I were John I would be proud to have my wife on the front of Shape magazine in a bikini - that says a lot for her.

What is this suppose to be for? Is there suppose to be a connection between their music and this? I’m disappointed. I don’t expect any better of Ms.Rimes, Julianne hasn’t been around long enough to know better, but Martina should know this will not go over very well with the majority of country music fans. Remember Reba in the split down to there gown years ago on the awards show? It just wasn’t her and it caused an uproar with everyone who saw her. Oh well. Don’t buy the mag in the first place so if they are in need of the publicity then I guess this is how they’ll get it.
