Franklin contestant reveals: Next Bachelor is Pilot Jake

Jake the pilot?? The Jillian reject from last season’s The Bachelorette, the guy who cried on the show several times?
ABC won’t comment, but a Franklin woman — who says she’s on the upcoming season of The Bachelor – also tells me that indeed, Jake the Pilot, a.k.a. Jake Pavelka, will be the next Bachelor.
“He’s pretty cute. I’ve seen he was on The Bachelorette. I’m not worried about that part,” says 25-year-old MTSU grad Brittany Gammell, who adds the new Bachelor will start taping Oct. 12 in L.A.
But — ain’t this bizarre? — Brittany is a pilot, too. She flies Learjets for a private company in Nashville.
“We’d never see each other. We’d be flying and we’d miss each other all the time,” Brittany said, laughing.
Brittany reveals that a friend dragged her to open auditions for The Bachelor — and that she is just getting out of her first marriage. So she isn’t going into the experience all gung-ho about getting married again.
“If it doesn’t happen I wont’ be totally heartbroken. You know I’m enjoying where I am at this point in my life. So who knows? Who knows what could happen?”
Her No. 1 goals for her Bachelorette experience?
“That I have a good time and don’t make (a fool) out of myself.”

If her #1 goal is to not be embarrassed then maybe she should reconsider doing the show, because IMO they all embarrass themselves just by participating.

Jake seems fake but I will still watch. At least he is NOT boring.
I would like to see the more natural side of him.
I hope none of the girls will have a boyfriend because Jake will find out.
