Wouldn’t it be weird to date something with your same first name?

Ellen DeGeneres tried to find out if that’s the case with Taylor Swift and Twilight movie star Taylor Lautner. But Ellen didn’t have much luck.

Taylor and Taylor both appeared in upcoming movie Valentine’s Day, and Ellen showed a pic of the two smooching. But Taylor Swift — on the Ellen episode that aired today — said the kiss was part of the movie.

THEN, Ellen showed a picture of Taylor and Taylor together at a hockey game in L.A. last weekend.

“I really like hockey, a lot,” Taylor said, sparking some audience laughter.

“And it turns out, so does he.” More laughter.

Then Ellen dropped the direct question: “Is he a good kisser?”

Taylor giggled, then said, “What?”

Giggling all around.
