Taylor Swift continues her world domination by winning the first trophy she was up for at the American Music Awards, taking pop/rock female.

And speaking of world dominationi, Taylor accepted via satellite from London, where she’s playing tomorrow night (or “later tonight” in England).

Taylor again was surrounded by her band, as she was when she won entertainer at the CMA Awards.

To her fans, Taylor said, “I will never be able to say how much I love you.”

Nashville-based Kings of Leon aren’t fairing as well: They lost a second category just now, alternative rock group, to Green Day. That makes Kings 0-2 so far tonight. They still are up (against Taylor and others) for the top prize, artist of the year.
