Sounds like a broken record, doesn’t it? Taylor Swift wins BIG at a music awards night?

Just weeks after sweeping the CMA Awards, Taylor won artist of the year and five other trophies at the American Music Awards, seen here on News 2.

Taylor beat out Michael Jackson for the top prize, and she was gracious about the win in her acceptance speech.

“I just wanna say that music has never een ultimately about competition. And to even be mentioned in a category with Michael Jackson, who we will miss and love forever, is an unimaginable honor,” she said via satellite from London, where she plays Monday night.

“I just want to say, I’m sending my love to the Jackson family and Janet for reaching out to me the way that you have.”
