Happy Thanksgiving weekend from Cleveland, where the Schmitts have gathered, and I have made a Black Friday purchase of a new laptop.

While breaking in this laptop, I went on Twitter and saw my fave Martina McBride tweet to date:

“Okay. I’m just gonna say it. HDTV sucks. I’m so tired of everything looking like a home movie. How did we get talked into this?”

Whaaa…? Go on.

“When I watch tv,I want 2 B taken out of reality. Nothing has any filmic quality at all anymore. Sitcoms, videos,etc. all look cheap & weird.”

Wow. Any exceptions, Martina?

“But it is good for sports. There should just be ‘Sports HDTV’. The rest of it….noooooo.”
